Applications N-Methyl-N-(3-chloropropyl)homoveratrylamine, is a novel class of calcium channel blocker, which has shown to have the ability to enhance ricin A-chain immunotoxins (RTA-IT) activity in vitro and in vivo. Also is an impurity of Verapamil (V125000), a calcium channel blocker, adrenergic antagonist (1). Antihypertensive; antianginal; antiarrhythmic (2) (class IV).
