Description:
Applications (αR)-α-Methyl-N-[(1R)-1-phenylethyl]benzenemethanamine Hydrochloride is used in the synthesis of the highly potent anti-metastatic prostacyclin analogue Cicaprost (C432750). Also used in the synthesis of a key A-Ring intermediate in the preparation of 1α-fluoro vitamin D3 analogues.
