Description:
Applications 4-(4-Methylpiperazin-1-ylmethyl)phenylamine is an intermediate used to prepare aminopyridopyrimidinones as tyrosine kinase inhibitors and anticancer agents. It is also used in the synthesis of piperazinyltrifluoromethylphenylquinolinylbenzonaphthyridinone derivatives with anticancer activities.
