Applications Naphthol AS-MX Phosphate Disodium Salt is a substrate for the ACP (histochemical demonstration of acid phosphatase) and TNAP (histochemical demonstration of alkaline phosphatase). Can also be used in analytical study in staining of lectin binding in muscle visualized with alk. phosphatase conjugated with avidin. Dyes and metabolites.
