Description

Applications A selective and potent non-peptide angiotensin II type 2 (AT2) receptor antagonist. Potential treatment of cardiac hypertrophy as blockage of AT2 receptor prevents thyroxine-mediated cardiac hypertrophy by blocking Akt activation. Studies show that it has protective effect against tumor necrosis factor-α-induced damage to human renal proximal tubular epithelial cells
