Applications 1-Pentyne is used as a reagent in the synthesis of a series of novel 1,2,3-triazole-1,4-benzoxazine hybrids which exhibit antiproliferative activity. 1-Pentyne is also used as a reagent in the synthesis of disubstituted isoxazoles which exhibit anti-aging activity.
