Applications These compounds have stimulating activity on type 2 arginine vasopressin receptor (V2 receptor) and are useful as preventive or therapeutic agents for diabetes insipidus, night pollakiuria, night enuresis, overactive bladder, haemophilia, or Von Willebrand’s disease.
