Applications Tetrahydrothebaine is an intermediate in the preparation of O6-Methyl-7,8-dihydro-6-isomorphine (M302150), an impurity of Hydromorphone(H714650). Tetrahydrothebaine has been used in the preparation of dihydromophine in a 92% yield.
