Description

Applications A protected cysteine for peptide synthesis. S-Trityl-L-cysteine (STLC) is a tight-binding inhibitor of Eg5 that prevents mitotic progression. It has proven antitumor activity as shown in the NCI 60 tumor cell line screen.
