This drug has also been shown to be absorbed into the brain and to have pharmacokinetic properties. 4-(Chloromethyl)-3-methylpyridine hcl is a potential therapeutic agent for neuropsychiatric disorders, as it may reduce the binding of dopamine receptors in the brain.
