CAS:N-Nitroso-N,N-di(3,5,5-trimethylhexyl)amine (NDMDA) is a nitrosamine that has been shown to be carcinogenic in rats. NDMDA is found in certain food products and is regulated by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). In order to measure the levels of NDMDA, an experiment was conducted using a linear range of 0.1 ng/mL to 10 ng/mL with an optimal extraction efficiency of 95%. The sensitivity of this experiment was found to be 10 pg/mL with an orthogonal experiment.
