Fumarato de tenofovir alafenamida (TAF) é um medicamento antirretroviral utilizado principalmente no tratamento de infecções por HIV e hepatite B. É um pró-fármaco de tenofovir, o que significa que é metabolizado no corpo para liberar a forma ativa, tenofovir.
