Descrição:
Nitrendipina é um bloqueador de canais de cálcio utilizado principalmente no tratamento da hipertensão e da angina de peito. Pertence à classe de compostos dihidropiridínicos, que se caracterizam pela sua capacidade de inibir seletivamente a entrada de cálcio através dos canais de cálcio tipo L no músculo liso vascular e no tecido cardíaco. Essa ação leva à vasodilatação e a uma subsequente diminuição da pressão arterial. Nitrendipina é conhecido por sua alta lipofilicidade, que melhora sua absorção e distribuição no corpo.
