Ocratoxina B é uma micotoxina produzida por certas espécies de fungos, particularmente Aspergillus e Penicillium. É um metabolito secundário que está estruturalmente relacionado com a ocratoxina A, diferindo principalmente pela ausência de um grupo de fenilalanina.
