:Clorofos
Descrição:
Clorofos, também conhecido como clorpirifos, é um inseticida organofosforado amplamente utilizado na agricultura para o controle de pragas. Funciona inibindo a enzima acetilcolinesterase, levando ao acúmulo de acetilcolina no sistema nervoso, o que interrompe a função nervosa normal e, em última análise, resulta na morte das pragas. Clorofos é um líquido incolor a amarelo pálido com um odor característico e é moderadamente solúvel em água. Sua estrutura química inclui um anel aromático clorado, que contribui para sua eficácia como pesticida.
