    <p>Fasudil is a rho-kinase inhibitor that prevents the phosphorylation of myosin light chain and inhibits the polymerization of actin, thereby inhibiting cell contraction. Fasudil has been shown to be effective in treating primary pulmonary hypertension by preventing tubulointerstitial injury, as well as in reducing atherosclerotic lesions.
