:Adenosine 5′-(trihydrogen diphosphate), P′→5′-ester with 3-carboxy-1-β-D-ribofuranosylpyridinium inner salt, monosodium salt
Description:
Adenosine 5′-(trihydrogen diphosphate), P′→5′-ester with 3-carboxy-1-β-D-ribofuranosylpyridinium inner salt, monosodium salt, is a complex organic compound that plays a significant role in biochemical processes. This substance is characterized by its structure, which includes an adenosine moiety linked to a diphosphate group, and features a pyridinium inner salt that enhances its solubility and stability in aqueous environments. The presence of the carboxyl group contributes to its acidic properties, while the ribofuranosyl component is indicative of its nucleoside nature. This compound is often involved in energy transfer and signaling pathways within cells, similar to other nucleotides. Its monosodium salt form suggests that it can exist in a stable ionic state, which is crucial for its biological activity. Overall, this compound is important in various biochemical applications, including studies related to metabolism and enzymatic reactions, due to its ability to participate in phosphate transfer and energy-related processes.

Nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide sodium
CAS:
Nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide sodium (NAAD) is a novel anticancer and antiviral agent. NAAD is an analog of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) that has been modified to include a sodium ion. This modification inhibits the synthesis of DNA and RNA, which are required for cell division and replication. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. In addition, NAAD suppresses viral replication by inhibiting protein synthesis in cells infected with HIV-1 or influenza virus. NAAD has also been shown to be a potent inhibitor of ribonucleoside reductase, which converts ribonucleosides into deoxyribonucleosides. This inhibition prevents the conversion of diphosphate nucleotides into monophosphate nucleotides, which are necessary for DNA synthesis.
Formula:C21H26N6O15P2•NaPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:687.4 g/molNAAD sodium salt
