CAS:PSB-0739 Selective platelet P2Y12 receptor antagonist characterized by competitive binding with antithrombotic and platelet aggregation modulating effects.Formula:C26H17N3Na2O8S2Purity:98%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:609.54PSB 0739
CAS:
PSB 0739 is a potent and selective adenosine receptor antagonist. It binds to the p2 receptor, which is a G-protein coupled receptor involved in cell signaling. PSB 0739 has been shown to inhibit contractility of bladder cells and granule cells, as well as inhibiting the release of noradrenaline from adrenergic nerve terminals. This compound also inhibits the activation of cardiac myocytes by increasing cytosolic calcium concentrations. PSB 0739 also blocks the clopidogrel-induced platelet aggregation in vitro and reduces platelet thrombus formation in vivo. PSB 0739 has been shown to block the binding of adenosine to A1 and A2A receptors, but does not bind to other adenosine receptors such as A3 or A4 receptors.
Formula:C26H17N3Na2O8S2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:609.5 g/mol
