Cyanuric chloride, 98%
CAS:Reagent for detection of glycine in presence of other amino acids.Cyanuric chloride is a reagent used for the conversion of alcohols and carboxylic acids to alkyl chlorides and acid chlorides respectively. It acts as an intermediate to prepare dyestuffs, optical brighteners, tanning agents, UV-abso

Applications Cyanuric Chloride is extensively used in the preparation of the triazine-class pesticides and herbicides. Cyanuric chloride is also used as a precursor to dyes and crosslinking agents due to the reactive chlorine atoms towards nucleophilic substitution reactions. Cyanuric chloride derivatives possess a large spectrum of activities as antibacterial and anticancer agents.
Not a dangerous good if item is equal to or less than 1g/ml and there is less than 100g/ml in the package

CAS:Cyanuric chloride is a water treatment agent that is used to remove chlorine from wastewater. It reacts with chlorine, forming cyanuric acid which is then removed from the water. Cyanuric chloride also has the ability to bind to human serum albumin and enzymes in biological samples. This binding inhibits their activity and makes them unavailable for use by bacteria. The antibacterial efficacy of cyanuric chloride has been shown in a study where it was found to have high resistance against many types of bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Formula:C3Cl3N3Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:White/Off-White SolidMolecular weight:184.41 g/molCyanuric Chloride extrapure, 99%
