    <p>Temozolomide is an organic compound with a nitro group at the 8-position. It is used as a cytotoxic agent to treat cancer. Temozolomide has been shown to yield high yields of up to 98% when synthesized in acidic conditions, such as hydrochloric acid and methyl isocyanate.
