CAS:Controlled Product
N-Nitrosodiethylamine-d10 is a nitrosamine that has been shown to be carcinogenic in rats and mice. It has been suggested that the carcinogenic potential of N-nitrosodiethylamine may be related to its ability to cause DNA damage by forming adducts with DNA bases. The carcinogenic potential of N-nitrosodiethylamine-d10 was studied using a mathematical model. The model used osmosis and diffusion coefficients, validated against experimental data, and was efficient for predicting the concentrations of N-nitrosodiethylamine in human urine. The solute permeability coefficient of water through solutes was calculated from the physicochemical properties of N-nitrosodiethylamine-d10. This coefficient was used in a bioreactor for growth of n-nitrosopiperidine, which is a metabolite of N-nitrosodiethylamine, in order to
Formula:C4D10N2OPurity:(%) Min. 95%Color and Shape:Clear LiquidMolecular weight:112.19 g/molN-Nitrosodiethylamine-d10
