Fumaric Acid Monoethyl Ester inhibited thymidine-14C incorporation into DNA by cultured human lymphocytes. Fumaric Acid Monoethyl Ester has been shown to evoke transient increase in intracellular free calcium concentration and inhibit proliferation of human keratinocytes.
