    <p>PF 3644022 is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits the production of prostaglandin E2 and other inflammatory mediators. PF 3644022 has shown potent antitumor activity against prostate cancer cells in vitro studies. It is also active against cells that express growth factor receptor, such as thp-1 cells, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the proliferation of these cells. PF 3644022 has been shown to inhibit chronic kidney disease in vivo and can be used for the treatment of bowel diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease and leukemia inhibitory factor. PF 3644022 also inhibits tumor growth in vivo by inhibiting toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signaling pathways.</p>
