CAS:Controlled ProductRotigotine β-D-glucuronide is an unlabeled metabolite of rotigotine. Rotigotine β-D-glucuronide has been shown to have a plasma concentration that is approximately 10% of the parent drug, rotigotine. The elimination half-life for rotigotine β-D-glucuronide is about 72 hours and it has been shown to be excreted in the urine. It is not known how much of the drug is excreted in the feces. Rotigotine β-D-glucuronide undergoes sulfation, which may be responsible for its low plasma concentration and long elimination half-life.
