    <p>Fmoc-Asp(OtBu)-OH is a chemical compound that belongs to the group of modified amino acids. The synthesis of Fmoc-Asp(OtBu)-OH starts with the reaction of nicotinic acetylcholine, sodium carbonate, and chloride in trifluoroacetic acid. The product is then reacted with a disulfide bond and modified with polymerase chain and saponified. The final modification is achieved by reacting Fmoc-Asp(OtBu)-OH with messenger RNA (mRNA), which produces the desired product.
