(5-Methyl-3-(morpholinomethyl)-2,3-dihydro-[1,4]oxazino-[2,3,4-hi]indol-6-yl)(naphthalen-1-yl)methanone
CAS:Controlled Product(5-Methyl-3-(morpholinomethyl)-2,3-dihydro-[1,4]oxazino-[2,3,4-hi]indol-6-yl)(naphthalen-1-yl)methanone is a synthetic cannabinoid that has been shown to inhibit the mitochondrial membrane potential. It binds to the neurokinin 1 receptor (NK1R), which is responsible for the regulation of pain and inflammation. The compound also inhibits the activity of polymerase chain reaction (PCR), a technique used in molecular biology to amplify DNA sequences. The drug does not have any significant effects on human osteosarcoma cell lines or on cells from healthy donors. However, when tested in cells from patients with metastatic prostate cancer, it induced neuronal death by activating the m2 phenotype. This compound is an ester hydrochloride salt that can be administered intravenously or orally.Formula:C27H26N2O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:426.5 g/mol
