ML 190
CAS:
ML 190 is a potent and selective inhibitor of catalase that blocks the enzymatic reaction by binding to the active site of this enzyme. It has been shown to be effective in treating inflammatory bowel disease in animal models, as well as in treating bowel disease in humans. ML 190 inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory molecules such as arachidonic acid and leukotrienes, which are produced from fatty acids by enzymes called lipoxygenases. This compound also prevents lipid peroxidation, which is a process that produces reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause cell damage. ML 190 can be used as an additive for biodiesel production since it can inhibit the formation of ROS during fuel combustion.
Formula:C27H32N6O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:488.58 g/molML 190
