Deiodo amiodarone hydrochloride

Deiodo amiodarone hydrochloride is an analog of the drug amiodarone, which is used to treat cardiac arrhythmias. It has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of the nalbuphine-induced activation of human kinases, which are involved in cancer cell proliferation and survival. Deiodo amiodarone hydrochloride has been found to induce apoptosis in cancer cells by inhibiting protein kinase activity.
