NucPE1
CAS:NucPE1, a nuclear-localized fluorescent hydrogen peroxide, is specifically localized to cellular nuclei without appended targeting moieties.Formula:C29H30BNO5Purity:98%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:483.36NucPE1
CAS:NucPE1 is a potent agent for the treatment of cancer. It has been shown to be effective in killing cancer cells that have mutations in the FLT3-ITD gene. NucPE1 also exhibits anti-tumour activity by inducing apoptosis in a model organism and by inhibiting fatty acid synthesis. This drug has been shown to inhibit the oxidative DNA damage caused by reactive oxygen species and it can reactivate silenced genes. NucPE1 is toxic to mammalian cells, causing cell death, but it does not affect human erythrocytes. The mechanism of action of this drug is unclear, but it may be due to its ability to bind to response element binding protein or its ability to inhibit the tyrosine kinase activity of Flt3.Formula:C29H30BNO5Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:483.4 g/mol
