CAS 1438492-26-2
:Ciraparantag
Description:
Ciraparantag, with the CAS number 1438492-26-2, is a synthetic small molecule designed primarily as an anticoagulant reversal agent. It functions by binding to various anticoagulants, including direct oral anticoagulants and heparins, thereby neutralizing their effects. This property makes it particularly valuable in clinical settings where rapid reversal of anticoagulation is necessary, such as in cases of bleeding or urgent surgical procedures. Ciraparantag is characterized by its high affinity for these anticoagulants, allowing for effective and swift reversal. The compound is typically administered intravenously and has been evaluated in clinical trials for its safety and efficacy. Its mechanism of action involves the formation of stable complexes with anticoagulants, which prevents them from exerting their pharmacological effects. Overall, Ciraparantag represents a significant advancement in the management of anticoagulation therapy, providing a critical tool for healthcare providers in emergency situations.

Ciraparantag
CAS:Andexanet alfa is an activated, monoclonal antibody that binds to the activated form of antithrombin and prevents the conversion of heparin to its active form. It has been shown in clinical studies to be an effective antidote for patients who have taken a drug such as warfarin or dabigatran that inhibits the action of antithrombin. Andexanet alfa is administered intravenously and has a molecular weight of approximately 150 kilodaltons (kDa). It does not react with any other blood proteins, including heparin, making it safe for use in patients who are taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Andexanet alfa also binds specifically to the activated form of antithrombin, preventing it from binding to heparin and inactivating it. It has been shown to rapidly reverse bleeding episodes caused by warfarin or dabigatran in mice. Andexanet alfa could beFormula:C22H48N12O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:512.7 g/molCiraparantag
