These ROS are capable of inducing DNA damage and cell death. 3-(1H-1,2,3-Triazol-1-yl)phenol has been shown to have significant antiproliferative activity in MCF7 cells and Styrene. It also has antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin resistant S. aureus (MRSA). 3-(1H-1,2,3-Triazol-1-yl)phenol can be conjugated to other molecules for use as anticancer drugs.</p>
