2-(3-Chloro-propenyl)-1,4-difluoro-benzene is a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist. It inhibits the acetylcholine receptor by occupying its binding site. This in turn reduces the activity of the acetylcholine receptor, which is important for many neurological and psychiatric disorders.
