Duocarmycin tm

Duocarmycin tm is a cytotoxic agent that inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells. It selectively binds to target tissue, where it blocks cell maturation and induces tumor vasculature collapse. This drug also exhibits significant cytotoxicity against cancer cells in cell culture and has been shown to be active against human ovarian carcinoma in mice. Duocarmycin tm has minimal toxicity and does not have any negative effects on the normal tissues in the body.
