The synthesis of 2'-amino-2'-deoxy-5'-O-DMT-5 methyluridine is carried out by the conversion of 5'-O-(4,4'-dimethoxytrityl)-N,N-diisopropylphosphoramidite to 5'-O-(4,4'-dimethoxytrityl)-2',3',6'-triisopropylbenzoylphosphate. This compound can also inhibit viral replication by inhibiting dsRNA synthesis and is used to treat patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection. The molecule has high purity and high quality.
