    <p>TFA salt. Enfuviritide is a bicyclic heterocycle that is used in the treatment of HIV/AIDS. It binds to the HIV-1 envelope protein, preventing it from binding to CD4+ cells and infecting them. Enfuviritide has been shown to be effective at increasing the levels of active antiretroviral therapy and has shown significant cytotoxicity against HIV-1 and other infectious viruses.
