1-Methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole
CAS:1-Methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole is a compound that has been shown to be predictive of the diagnosis of heart failure and stroke. It has been demonstrated that 1-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole can penetrate the red cell membrane and induce hydroxyl ion release. This causes an increase in intracellular calcium levels, which leads to the activation of phospholipase A2 (PLA2). The PLA2 cleaves phosphatidylcholine into arachidonic acid and lysoPC. Arachidonic acid is metabolized by cyclooxygenase to produce prostaglandins and thromboxanes. Prostaglandins are further metabolized by prostaglandin synthases to produce PGE2 or PGF2α. Thromboxanes are converted to TXA2 or TXB2 by thromboxane synthases (TXS). TXAFormula:C3H5N3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:83.09 g/mol
