Lincomycin

Description:
Lincomycin is an antibiotic that belongs to the lincosamide class, primarily used to treat bacterial infections, particularly those caused by anaerobic bacteria and certain gram-positive organisms. It is derived from the bacterium *Streptomyces lincolnensis*.
