TAK-981 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the lysine residues on the surface of tumor cells. It has been shown to have immunomodulatory effects and induce an antitumor response in vivo. TAK-981 has been shown to increase ATP levels, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activity of CDK2 and CDK4, thereby preventing cell growth.
