Pellotine shows strong affinity for the 5-HT1DR and 5-HT6R, with Ki values of 117 nM and 170 nM, respectively. Additionally, Pellotine reduces intracellular cAMP levels, thereby decreasing neuronal excitability and neurotransmitter release.</p>
