MP-A08 is a potent inhibitor drug that blocks the activity of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. MP-A08 was also found to have synergistic effects with cancer drugs, such as doxorubicin, cisplatin, 5-fluorouracil, and tamoxifen. MP-A08 may be used for the treatment of cardiac and prostate cancer.
