TT-10
CAS:
TT-10 is a drug that was developed to treat hepatic steatosis. This drug binds to the sodium citrate in the blood and inhibits the production of fatty acids and cholesterol in the liver, thereby reducing the levels of these substances in the blood. TT-10 has been shown to be effective against cardiac disease, renal cell cancer, and hepatitis. TT-10 is also used as a diagnostic marker for renal cell cancer. It is found in wastewater after it has been metabolized by bacteria or other organisms and can be detected using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or antibody response. Symptoms include fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and jaundice. The activity index of TT-10 is between 0.025 and 0.075 µg/ml when it is injected into an animal model with hepatic steatosis.
TT-10 can be detected in a blood sample by measuring its activity index or through PCR testing on liver tissue
Formula:C11H10FN3OS2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:283.3 g/molTT-10
