:Borate(1-), (cyano-κC)trihydro-d3-, sodium (1:1), (T-4)-
Description:
The chemical substance known as Borate(1-), (cyano-κC)trihydro-d3-, sodium (1:1), (T-4)-, with the CAS number 25895-62-9, is a boron-containing compound that features a borate anion with a cyano group attached. This compound typically exhibits characteristics associated with borates, such as being a source of boron, which is essential for various biological and industrial applications. The presence of the cyano group suggests potential reactivity and the ability to form coordination complexes. As a sodium salt, it is likely soluble in water, which can facilitate its use in various chemical reactions or applications. The specific isotopic labeling indicated by "d3" suggests that the compound may contain deuterium, which can be useful in studies involving isotopic tracing or in NMR spectroscopy. Overall, this compound may find applications in fields such as materials science, biochemistry, and coordination chemistry, although its specific uses would depend on further research and characterization.

CAS:Controlled Product
Sodium Cyanoborodeuteride is a macrocyclic inhibitor of ns3 protease. It is used in combination with other anti-HIV drugs to treat HIV infection. Sodium Cyanoborodeuteride binds to the active site of ns3 protease, which blocks the formation of an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the carboxyl group and the hydroxyl group. This inhibits the activity of the enzyme and blocks replication of HIV. Sodium Cyanoborodeuteride also has anticancer properties because it inhibits collagen synthesis by binding to cytosine residues in DNA and RNA.
Formula:CD3BNNaPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:65.86 g/molRef: IN-DA00BEMN
