TN1
CAS:
TN1 is a protein that has been found to be resistant to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid and tetracycline. It was also shown to have high resistance in vitro, with a MIC of 4 mg/L. TN1 was found to bind to the MgATPase and ATP synthase, enzymes which are involved in the synthesis of ATP. This binding inhibits the production of ATP, leading to cell death. TN1 has been shown to have a number of biological properties including photochemical activity, photosynthetic activity, and biochemical properties. It is not clear how TN1 binds to these proteins or what its exact function is.
Formula:C29H31N7O2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:509.6 g/molTN1
