1-[3-Chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)-2-pyridinyl]-4-piperidinecarboxylic acid (3CFP) is a phenoxy carboxamide that is an anticonvulsant. 3CFP has been shown to be effective in animal models of seizure and has a potency that exceeds that of phenobarbital.
