CAS 34084-50-9
:7-Aminoflunitrazepam
Description:
7-Aminoflunitrazepam, with the CAS number 34084-50-9, is a derivative of flunitrazepam, a benzodiazepine known for its sedative and anxiolytic properties. This compound features an amino group at the 7-position of the flunitrazepam structure, which influences its pharmacological activity. It is typically characterized by its ability to interact with the central nervous system, primarily through modulation of the GABA-A receptor, leading to enhanced inhibitory neurotransmission. As a result, it may exhibit effects such as sedation, muscle relaxation, and anxiolysis. The substance is often studied in the context of its potential for abuse and its implications in drug-facilitated crimes. In terms of physical properties, 7-Aminoflunitrazepam is usually presented as a crystalline solid, with solubility in organic solvents and limited solubility in water. Due to its psychoactive effects, it is subject to regulatory scrutiny in many jurisdictions, and its use is often restricted to research purposes or specific medical applications. Safety and handling precautions are essential when working with this compound due to its potent effects and potential for misuse.

7-Amino Flunitrazepam
CAS:Controlled ProductFormula:C16H14FN3OColor and Shape:NeatMolecular weight:283.307-Aminoflunitrazepam
CAS:Controlled Product
7-Aminoflunitrazepam is an active metabolite of flunitrazepam and a benzodiazepine. It can be detected in urine samples using an on-line LC-MS/MS method. The detection time of 7-aminoflunitrazepam is between 3 to 4 hours, which is longer than that of its parent drug, flunitrazepam. The use of monoclonal antibodies specific for fluoroquinolones allows the detection of 7-aminoflunitrazepam with high sensitivity and specificity. This method can be used to detect the presence of flunitrazepam in human serum samples, as well as in femoral vein blood samples, urine samples, and blood sputum samples. Solid phase microextraction (SPME) was used as the sample preparation technique for this study. SPME also allows for the extraction and analysis of lysine residues from protein matrices such as human serum.
Formula:C16H14FN3OPurity:Min. 98%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:283.3 g/mol
