Ro 08-2750 is a potent anti-tumor agent that inhibits the growth of cancer cells. It is structurally similar to a natural compound, largazole, which has been shown to inhibit prostate cancer cell proliferation. Ro 08-2750 may be useful for the treatment of prostate cancer and other cancers with glucocorticoid receptors.
