Metofenazate-d9
CAS:Controlled ProductApplications Metofenazate-d9, is the labeled analogue of Metofenazate (M225805), a novel phenothiazine antipsychotic agent. It has also been shown to have MDR1 inhibitory activity, which may serve as a basis of the development of an effective MDR1 inhibitor drug.

CAS:Controlled ProductMetofenazate is a synthetic drug that belongs to the class of pharmacological agents and has been used in the treatment of cancer. It is an aerosolized form of the drug, which is administered through inhalation. Metofenazate has been shown to have anticancer activity by inhibiting the growth of lung cancer cells. This drug also inhibits cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase, an enzyme that degrades cAMP, thereby blocking the production of prostaglandins and leukotrienes. The anti-inflammatory properties may be due to its ability to inhibit glucocorticoid receptors and reduce inflammation. Metofenazate can cause an occlusion in the myocardial infarct, causing a decrease in blood flow to this area.
