CAS:
4-Amino-3-fluorophenol is a palladium complex that is used to synthesize acylation products. It reacts with cyclohexane ring diazonium salts and other amines to form an acylation product. 4-Amino-3-fluorophenol has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells, which may be due to its potent inhibition of cellular factor receptor. This substance also inhibits the synthesis of nitric oxide, which leads to cell death. 4-Amino-3-fluorophenol binds to chloride ions in the cell membrane, causing structural changes and resulting in leakage of intracellular chloride ions. The accumulation of these ions causes a decrease in the membrane potential, leading to an increase in permeability and subsequent cell lysis.
Formula:C6H6FNOPurity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:127.12 g/mol4-Amino-3-fluorophenol
