CAS:
2-Bromo-4,6-difluoroaniline is an aniline with a hydrogen bond. It has the molecular formula C8H7BrF2N and a molecular weight of 220.12 g/mol. 2-Bromo-4,6-difluoroaniline is a colorless crystalline solid that can be found in either the monoclinic or orthorhombic crystal system. The x-ray diffraction study shows two reflections for this compound at angles of 2θ = 20° and 25°. The crystal structure shows that the hydrogen bond between N1 and H1 and N2 and H2 are complemented by the hydrogen bond between N3 and H3, which is perpendicular to the other two bonds. This orientation leaves each fluorine atom with one lone pair on top of a nitrogen atom, giving these atoms their magnetic property. The vibrational analyses show that the IR spectrum is
Formula:C6H4BrF2NPurity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:208 g/mol
