Schizandrol B
CAS:Gomisin A has anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive, neuroprotective, and anti-proliferation properties, it induces marked protective effects against hepatic and renal injury induced by CCl(4) exposure through differential regulation of the MAPK signal transduction pathway. Gomisin A inhibits COX-2, iNOS, IL-6, TNF-α and NO through the down-regulation of RIP2 and NF-κB activation.Formula:C23H28O7Purity:95%~99%Molecular weight:416.47Gomisin A

CAS:Controlled Product
Schizandrol B is a natural compound that has been shown to protect against oxidative stress and decrease the mitochondrial membrane potential. Schizandrol B inhibits human cyp3a4, which is an enzyme that metabolizes drugs. The linear calibration curve was able to be obtained from the signal pathways in human cells. The analytical method used was matrix effect-free. Experimental models were used to show that schizandrol B has an inhibitory effect on locomotor activity and skin tumor formation. It also has been found to be a substrate for p-gp, which transports drugs across the cell membrane, and can therefore alter absorption of drugs, including gomisin A. Schizandrol B also modulates enzyme activities in vitro as well as in vivo.
Formula:C23H28O7Purity:Min. 98 Area-%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:416.46 g/molSchizandrol B - Bio-X ™
